These terms cover your use of GringZing (gringzing.app), run by Laizer Rosenbaum, Chicago, Illinois, USA. By using GringZing you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Please give a real email address so we can reach you about your account.

Your content

Your lists, labels, events and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store and show them so the app can work, including to the people you share an event with or give a Live code to. Songs you suggest for the public song book may be added to it and shown to everyone.

The song book

The song book lists song titles, artists and suggested keys to help you build your list. It is provided as is; keys are only suggestions and may not be right for you. GringZing does not host or sell music.

Fair use

Please don't misuse GringZing: no attempts to break, overload or get around the app's security, no access to other people's accounts, and nothing unlawful or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.

Free and Pro

The song book, My Lists and event planning are free. Pro adds features such as Share to edit and Live. Any price and trial is shown in the app before you pay. If Pro ends, nothing you made is deleted. When paid plans are offered, payments are handled by a payment processor, and you can cancel any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep GringZing running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or improve features. GringZing is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the app being unavailable.

Ending

You can stop using GringZing and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@gringzing.app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using GringZing after a change means you accept the new terms.
